My name is Mark Fink, I manage a portfolio of tax lien certificates.
Currently I have investments in over 40 counties in Florida.
A Tax lien is basically a loan made to a property owner
to pay his property taxes when he is unable to do so.
Tax Liens are arranged directly through the county tax collector.
These Liens are then sold to private investors (Like Me).
Well over 95% of these liens will eventually be paid off,
but once in a while a property owner does not pay.

When that happens the property is foreclosed, and I become the new owner.
I have no interest in owning Florida Real Estate as I live in California.
When I obtain properties I will typically sell them
at a deep discount, usually online via Ebay or Ebid.
